Duties include basic preparation, working at high speed. Experience in a similar role is essential. Line Chef - Line chefs required to work in a busy state-of-the-art kitchen. Good hourly rates of pay, good working conditions and uniforms provided. Larder Chef - Required to run the larder section. Duties will include preparation of starters, light meals and salads as well as basic preparation work, must have some catering experience in a similar role.
