Working alongside the head chef, the ideal candidate will be passionate about food, creative & keen to further their career. We are a 2 rosette pub set in 2 acres of grounds, overlooking the beach and seeking a talented technically able Sous Chef with good all round experience to work alongside the Head Chef. As Sous Chef you would assume daily responsibilities which will include menu development, training, stock control, ordering, HACCP. To cope you must be organised, focused and self-motivated. This position would ideally suit a Current sous chef with 1-2 years experience in a good property or a switched on Junior Sous looking for promotion.
