Are you getting fed up with nipping out for a cigarette? Spending all that money each week? Being concerned about your health etc I don''t need to tell you about the positive changes quitting smoking can bring into your life. For a place on a STOP SMOKING course ( ?5 a session or free for those not working ) contact hypnobydesign@yahoo.co.uk and speak to the course tutor and clinical hypnotherapist, Glenis. The course is designed to run for 5 weeks and be 2 and a half hours a week. Starting Friday 7th March 2008, 12.30 - 3.00. Venue: Central Library, near the Market Square. (Cecil Roberts room) Creche available for 2 - 5 yr olds. ?4 a session (free if on benefits such as incapacity benefit or income support) This course could really change the course of your life!
