The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in food and wine, be keen to learn and have the ability to work to high standards. Four AA stars and 2 rosettes make The Priest House one of the best hotels in its market and in the area. Exceptional levels of business as well increased standards means a larger team is required. The hotel is set in a beautiful location only a few miles from East Midlands airport as a result has a strong business, conference and weddings business. We are looking for people with a ''can do'' attitude where, in most cases, your verve and enthusiasm is more important than your experience or skill level. Previous experience of working in a country house hotel or 4 star establishment would be beneficial. You must have the right to live and work in the UK.
