Barman Chef with Personal Licence seeks live in Management position

Hi..I am an experienced barman/cellarman and self taught chef and I''m seeking a ''live in'' management role from late January/early February. Having worked as chef in pubs and hotels I migrated to front of house and have acquired my personal licence. However I have a great deal of administrative experience gained in commerce including accounting, IT, training and stock management. Last year I managed two south coast pubs (predominantly wet led) and am keen to find a management role in a food led, quality pub. I am a youthful, independent 46 year old with a love of food & wine (and sport) in equal measure. Ideally I am seeking sole use accommodation.
