With responsibility for the bar on a day-to-day basis, you''ll ensure total customer satisfaction, cleanliness and maximum profitability. You will also be expected to contribute innovative and exciting ideas for the future development of our extensive cocktail menu and for signature cocktails for functions and parties. With previous experience in a similar position, you will be able to strike a balance between professionalism, salesmanship and entertainment and be as comfortable building a rapport with customers as you are supervising staff. We''re looking for confident, outgoing people who know cocktails and mixed drinks inside-out and are keen to play their part in a fun and rewarding environment, whilst learning or improving skills in performance bartending and mixology.
