Barman Chef with personal license seeks live in role

Hi...I am a self taught chef and bar manager seeking a live in role in the Midlands. I have run my own quality catering concern and have made the move in to pub management having recently managed two south coast pubs....previously I worked as chef in two Cambridge pubs and a Welsh hotel. I acquired my personal license a year ago. I am seeking an allrounder role in a quality, food led local''s pub. I produce good quality pub/function food from fresh ingredients. Fling, ping & bring is not what I do. Likewise I have a real interest in good beer and wine and I have a soft spot for all things Belgian.
