Why not quit smoking with a Free hypnotherapy course?

Yes, now that you aren''t breathing in other people''s smoke as you work you could join a FREE "Stop Smoking Using Hypnosis" course. Session is on Friday 14th March. It wll be from 12.30 - 3.00 on Fridays and run for 3 more weeks. It will be held at Central Library on Angel Row (Cecil Roberts room upstairs) and is funded by Castle College. So if you are on Benefits (Income Support, DLA, JSA etc) and live in Nottingham / Nottinghamshire you could qualify for a free place. Otherwise it is ?25 for the course!
