Double room (fully furnished) available in house of young professionals for short term renting (?50/week). The house is victorian, large and spacious, wooden floors and beige carpets wth ikea funiture. There are four double bedrooms (one available on upper floor), a lounge, dining room, integrated kitchen (all mod cons) and additional downstairs room for use or storage, a bathroom and second toilet. There is a private back yard for barbecues in the summer. Pubs and socical bars are 5 mins walk away on the embankment. The city centre is 10 mins walk away and 5 mins by bus. The embankment is a safe area. Many students and young professionals live here. The current tenants are two young guys and one girl (all mid twenties). They are looking for an easy going, fun loving and english speaking house mate. Bills are not included and are approx ?50/month (includ. council tax ?27).
