Hello. I have a single room available immediately at the following address: 60, Radford Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 3BP. I have been living happily here for the past 3 months, however I am moving in with some friends and I need someone to take over my tenancy at this address. The rent is ?55 per week, plus utility bills. The room is 4 by 5m wide and is in great condition and waiting for an immediate tenant to treat it well. The room is on the first floor at the front of the house, with a single bed, a desk and chair, loads of storage (including a wardrobe, shelving and a chest of drawers), a radiator and internet & telephone connections in the room. It is a 2-person house and you will be sharing with a lovely, sociable female P.G.C.E. student. The house is a 10-minute walk to Jubilee Campus and a 25-minute walk to University Park Campus. There is street parking next to the house, the house is a 2-minute walk from a bus stop, with regular and direct bus routes to town, and is a 5-minute walk to the local coop. The house has a bathroom on the 1st floor, with a toilet, a bath and an electric shower (always and instantly hot!). The house has a good-sized kitchen and lounge area, always kept clean, fully-equipped and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen includes a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, gas hobs, a washing machine, a toaster and a kettle. The house also includes a shared vacuum cleaner, ironing boards and an iron.
