Large room with inbuilt single bed, table and draws. I host students throughout the year. This is a family home I live with my very well bahaved son. All inclusive, towels bedding etc no extra bills. Breakfast also included. Non smoking Recently refurbished throughout. Parking available, large front and rear gardens Double glazed On Hucknall Road so bus route every few minutes to the city centre. Would prefer a female Definatly non smoker. Worker or student but not essential Must be clean and tidy We are very easy going and nice to get along with.
