I have a furnished double room available now in a shared house. We?re located just 10 minutes walk from the city centre. There?s also 2 supermarkets and a post office, all less than 10 minutes walk away. There?s also plenty of parking space. The house is a clean, laid back and friendly place. We?re a non-smoking house, but smokers are welcome if they don?t mind smoking outside. The room is ?65 / week which includes all the bills - electricity, gas and water. There is no council tax to pay. Broadband internet is available for ?3 / week.
