Our client is one of the market leaders is one of the regions most successful building contractors who due to their success in winning a variety of new projects including MOD, new build offices, industrial units, schools & colleges, social housing and local authority are now looking for an able and experienced project manager to join their team in Devon. The role & opportunity Your responsibilities will incorporate all aspects of project management such as client contact, budget development, programming, management of site activities etc. You will be expected to set and maintain high standards of quality on all projects and maintain high levels of communication with clients, suppliers and fellow employees. You must be organised, self-motivated and pro-active, a good team player is essential. Ideal candidates will need to have a a proven track record of successfully managing projects with values in excess of ?8m. Extensive Project Management capabilities are essential. * Stable and proven track record. * Good ability to communicate at all levels, from clients at board level through to site management and operatives. * Organised, self-motivated and pro-active. * You will ideally be educated to degree level in a relevant building discipline
