OFFERING YOU:- ?Due to a company restructure, our client is seeking two experienced Supervisors who have worked within a high volume Production/Manufacturing environment. ?You will be fully responsible for the entire shop floor, totalling 45 staff, reporting directly into the Senior Management team. ?As there has recently been a period of change within the business, you will be a positive, proactive and motivational Team Leader, able to influence others whilst increasing productivity. ?You will work a shift pattern Mon-Fri 6am-2pm/2pm ? 10pm alternating weekly (37.5 hour week). REQUIRES OF YOU:- ?It is essential that you have proven experience as a Team Leader within a high volume manufacturing environment. ?Our client produces electronics equipment, and whilst it is not essential that this is your background, it would prove beneficial. ?You must either be local to Devon, or have a proven reason for wishing to relocate to this area (and be able to do so at relatively short notice).
