Technical Customer Services Advisor Rapidly expanding manufacturing and distribution company based in Exeter and operating worldwide are looking for a Technical Customer Services Advisor who will be responsible for responding to all customer and retailer enquiries of a technical nature and providing clear concise technical advice as well as advice on installation, building regulations, servicing and safety. You would be providing a fault finding analysis service by phone, resolving issues where possible or arranging for a service engineer to attend if needed. Providing feedback on quality or technical issues to internal departments and coaching the technical customer service team and engineers. Previous experience of working in a customer service environment and/or Service Engineer role would be desirable, as is a proven track record of learning and retaining complex technical information. A detailed knowledge of solid fuel and gas appliances and their installation and servicing would be advantageous for this role, as would CORGI, OFTEC and HETAS certification. Experience of IT systems such as CRM, db archiving, email and excel databases would also be advantageous.
