Hi, i?m looking for a housemate for my flat share. I have to leave the house, because i?m the only working person in the house and the council tax is too expensive for me alone. So it is important that you are a student. This room has a chest of drawer, a shelf, a computer desk, a wardrobe and a double bed. The house is located between the city and the University. It is very close to the city centre (2min. to walk to the High Street) and to the University main campus 10 minutes walk .The house has big lounge and nice kitchen, wireless broadband access, cable TV and a washing machine etc. The room costs ?70 pw with wireless lan, telephone and TV. Bills are extra (electric, water, gas). Renting period is flexible, either short or long, from now on till the end of summer.
