Customer Service Advisor Working for one of the UK?s Largest Energy Suppliers you will be providing customer service and administration support to the Major Business dept. Working within the either the Gas or Electricity teams to analyse data in order to bill customers. This will require a high degree of problem solving as there are often discrepancies between what the energy suppliers bill the utility company and what the utility company bill the customer. It is obviously extremely important that this is correct. It will also require good customer service skills as you will be dealing with both customers and external agencies. Key Skills Excellent Customer Service Problem Solving Good working knowledge of Excel Hours will be Mon ?Fri 9-5 but hours are quite flexible. You will also be required to work one Saturday in 4.
