Our client is one of the largest Utilities Companies within the UK. They employ over 12,000 people and are the largest electricity supplier for London, South East and South West England. They supply energy to around 5.1 million customers. They are seeking to appoint a roving Motivation Advisor, which will be based in their Exeter and Plymouth Offices. Travel will be required between sites on a weekly basis. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills along with experience within an HR field. Be part CIPD qualified (or equivalent) / or CIPD qualified (or equivalent), up to date with employment legislation and have the ability to build strong relationships. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: ? To develop & maintain close working relationships with the Business Partners ? To provide sound advice, guidance & support to managers and employees on best practice & policy ? To liaise with the various external parties such as Trade Unions, Solicitors and Medical Advisers as required ? To monitor & maintain information systems to ensure the accurate collation of statistical data ? To contribute to the Motivation Centre of Excellence strategic plan where appropriate ? To assist in the design & delivery of management workshops ? To undertake administration of and maintenance of HR records This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of a permanent placement after. Salary range is ?18,508 - ?27,998 with 5% Annual Incentive Bonus. Final Salary Pension Scheme, 23 days paid leave (excluding Public Holidays) and the hours are 37 per week, Monday to Friday.
