Dear All, Ive mananged to get the following discounts direct from various developers for properties completing during 2008. Not all of these deals would stack for investors however would appeal to FTB's or on an affordability basis. The discounts are available in Greater + Central Manchester, Peterborough, Scunthorpe, Wakefield, Cheltenham, Devon, Barnsley, Hampton, Lincoln, Kettering and St Helens. 1st Qtr 2008 Completion - 97 units with 18% discount, (33 units under 170k) 2nd Qtr 2008 Completion - 17 Units with 18% discount, (14 units under 170k) 3rd Qtr 2008 Completion - 51 units with 18% discount (10 units under 170k), 30 units with 15% discount (all under 145k) Ive only listed a selection above with more available, in addition more will follow in the new year.
