PROBATE SOLICITOR - DEVON We have a unique opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to join office in Devon The successful candidate will have good technical knowledge of estate planning, trusts, tax and trustee duties and obligations with the ability to manage and develop their own client base whilst working alongside the partners and associates in the team. Clients will include landed estates, farmers, charities, entrepreneurs, trustees and individuals. Membership of STEP or the willingness to work towards membership is a highly desirable attribute. The successful candidate will be a team player who is eager to develop their career within a renowned firm. Probate/ Powers of Attorney/ Trusts/ General Affairs/ Wills/Codicils.
