We deal with a variety of Government Training and Education schemes, and act as a broker that aims to provide the best possible training for people in existing jobs, as well as placing young people into work experience and apprenticeships. We are not a call center and pride ourselves in the way we look after each other. We have a high work ethic but also know how to enjoy ourselves! Role: The Role is to generate training leads by calling from lists of companies with over 50 employees produced by a specialized marketing team. We will require you to do a mixture of cold calling as well as calling existing companies we work with. Each Telesales executive is expected to make 4 conversations per hour, talking to decision makers about the possibility of free or heavily subsidized training. Key areas of responsibility include: ? Managing a monthly individual target ? Ensure high quality of customer service ? Maintaining existing customer relations Experience and Skills ? No Sales experience necessary, however cold calling experience is preferable. ? Confidence and Strong Personality are key Interview Process: ?
