We are currently looking for an experienced Temporary Consultant to join our successful team. THE COMPANY: Kent Staff Services are an independently owned company with 3 branches within the local area and an annual turnover of over 12 million. We specialise in the recruitment of skilled and unskilled labour across many job sectors, and provide tailor made packages to suit our constantly growing client base. THE OPPORTUNITY: Due to expansion we are looking for a Temporary Consultant to further enhance our growing team, and your responsibilities will be as follows : -the development and implementation of individual sales and marketing activity -the service and sales of local companies -gaining market knowledge including competitor knowledge -maintaining and growing existing accounts -identifying, targeting, converting and maintaining our client database -negotiation of fees -working towards individual targets THE PERSON: -We are looking for a sales minded self starter who is capable of working from their own initiative. -The successful candidate will be a hard worker who is used to meeting and exceeding their targets, and who will be able to develop and grow their desk. -Passion and enthusiasm are a must.
