Our client, an expanding IT recruitment consultancy in the city centre, are currently seeking an IT Recruitment Consultant. The successful candidate will be self motivated and have a proven track record in sales and/or telephone based sales, have an excellent telephone manner, be target-driven, and money hungry. IT knowledge and some recruitment experience is preferable but not essential as a trainee position would be considered for the right candidate. The position will commence primarily as a resourcing role, sourcing candidates and learning the business before progressing on to new business development and account management once they have proven themselves. Based in Brighton, with a salary of ?15k-?20k DOE, and realistic OTE of ?40k. Hours are Mon-Fri 43.5 hours per week.
