I am 44 and currently employed by Marston inns and taverns. I am looking to move to Brighton and I hope to find employment in ether Restaurant, hotel or bar/restaurant work. Learning from all my experiences in the hospitality trade I believe I am very good at customer service, as dealing with the general public is all about this. I thrive on new challenges and tend to be a fast learner; I think of my self as a people person, and seem to get on with everyone. COURSE TOOK Level one food hygiene certificate, Basic first aid course BIIAB .NATIONAL CERTIFICATE FOR PERSONAL LICENCE HOLHERS Health and safety Prior to this I ran my own Dog Grooming business in London for nine years. But due to the growing market of mobile groomers it became no longer a viable business and I was forced to close. Interests and hobbies I?m a keen scuba diver, and I am now an advanced open water diver. A hobby I love dearly.
