We are currently looking for a bright, enthusiastic, motivated individual, who is looking to develop a career in the ski/hospitality industry. We are responsible for recruiting approx 400 seasonal staff each year, of which 75% work for us during the winter months, and the remaining staff work in the summer months across France. The Administrators role is of up most importance, and your attention to detail is paramount to the success of the business. Your spoken and written English should be polished, and you should be organised and great at multitasking. You will be involved in placing advertisements, inviting candidates to interviews, sending out job offers, contracts and other company paperwork, and assisting with payroll. You will also manage the recruitment line, dealing with candidates/employees enquiries, and keeping the Recruitment Manager updated on issues as they arise. Ideally you will have a knowledge of the ski industry, perhaps having worked a season or two yourself, and a working knowledge of French would be an advantage, but not essential. The office is open Monday - Friday 8am to 6am, however during the busy months of Set - Dec the office is open 7 days a week, and you will be required to work some weekends. Days will be given off in lieu during the quieter periods. Due to the Nature of the business, the office is only closed on Christmas Day, so you also need to be prepared to work some bank holidays, again, time will be given off in Lieu. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to build a career in the Ski/Tourism industry, and for the right candidate there is plenty of scope for promotion within the UK and Overseas.
