Hi, we have 2 positions avaliable. Weekend manager: someone to manage our 8 bedroom family run guest house in Central Brighton. Saturday & Sunday ideal but days negotiable. Possible increase in hours over the summer due to increase in business and arrival of new baby! Duties to include general running of guesthouse, dealing with enquiries, checking in & out of guests, supervising of cleaners & chef. Breakfast chef: We currently hold an AA special breakfast award so are looking for someone with a high standard of cooking & passion for great food. Our breakfast menu ranges from a traditional english breakfast (organic & locally sourced good quality ingredients) to kippers to porridge to boiled egg & soldiers.
