I''m a mature, professional ex-publican, providing over 2 decades of hands-on, hospitality managerial experience. I''m a personal licence holder, currently studying an updated diploma in Hotel & Hospitality Management. For 10 years, I previously managed a small West London Hotel and busy pub. Due to the business closure of my last employment, I''m seeking a new, long term appointment in hotel or traditional pub, preferably with manager''s live-in. I provide experience in every aspect of managing a hotel & pub, including FOH, F&B and accounts P&L. I''m available for immediate employment and prepared to relocate in the county for a new employer.
