Tresco Estate - exclusive and private island resort situated 28 miles from the coast of Cornwall requires a Food & Beverage Supervisor to work at the Island Hotel - a luxury 48 bed beach front hotel. Food classic yet up to date - 2 rossettes, Good Food Guide, awarded 3 AA Red Stars for the last 8 years. Required to oversee and supervise all aspects of food and beverage service, delivery, staff management and training. Ensuring that the highest possible standards are consistently maintained throughout all areas. Providing ''duty management'' cover as required. As a member of a management team you will be responsible for health and safety and COSHH within your area, ensuring all staff work within these regulations. Aged 21+, previous supervisory experience in a quality establishment, hard working, flexible, enthusiastic, maintains a high standard in their work and able to enjoy island life. Knowledge of fine food and wine essential. Applicants welcome from couples with partners working eleswhere on the estate. Accommodation provided.
