Our client is looking for a Social Worker to join their Adult Social Worker team. Our client?s team is looking for a highly qualified Social Worker to join a flexible responsive team responsible for service users needs and who would be committed to working in partnership with service users, carers, service users in line with Single Assessment Process and Fair Access to Care Services criteria and provide care management support. The Social Worker should demonstrate a positive attitude towards change and be a good team player. They should be committed to personal and professional development. This is a 4 month contract position, which is available to start straight away. The pay rate has been set at ?22.00 per hour, not including the various expenses.
