Are you struggling with issues such as: - Post Natal Depression (PND), - Sexual Abuse, - Anger Management, - Depression, - Anxiety, - Bereavement, - Loss, - Stress - Illness - Relationship issues Counselling won''t tell you what to do but it may help you gain greater understanding of yourself and your difficulties. POPLAR COUNSELLING is made up of three BACP registered Person Centred Counsellors &/or Group Facilitators. We offer Person-Centred One to One Counselling to Adults; Therapeutic and Creative Group work; and also Clinical Supervision. We are based in a central Brighton & Hove location and our service covers Sussex. We have a sliding scale of fees starting at ?40 for a 50 minute session and we have some concessions for low incomes and students (?25-?35),so please ask us. It is important for you to feel comfortable with the Counsellor and we offer a free half hour session so that you can meet with one of us, ask any questions you may have and discuss what you need.
