We are looking for Fluent Dutch speakers who can also speak a good level of English to work in the customer service department of this busy FMCG corporation. You will be skilled at talking to people of all levels, liasing with customers and troubleshooting any problems. You will need to be a keen listener and feel comfortable asking probing questions in order to establish the route of a problem. You will also provide information regarding special offers and new products. This is an ongoing temporary contract, please call if you have the necessary experience.
