Hi all.. I have a very lovely house close to all the aminities in Leicester walking to the city takes bout 10 mins..it is a prime location and has every thing here you could want or need postcode is LE3 6AN..It is non estate and is a conservation area..most houses in this street are privatly owned by proffesionals. It is 3 storey,basement has a street level window which belongs to the front room of the basement which consists of 2 rooms and a hallway it is the size of a proper basement flat! The ground floor has a massive hallway sanded floorboards..large living room and dining room,galley kitchen,utility room..downstairs w.c n sink..large yard, Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (front one is massive with 3 big tall windows) and bathroom n w.c All the windows are the old style and very large and it is a very sunny house with plenty of light. So it is 4/5 bedrooms including the basement flat which is ideal for a granny or a snarling teenager The neigbours are all lovely too
