Our client is looking for a Training and Compliance Supervisor to join their business to ensure the company stays up to date with regulatory and FSA issues and developments. Some of the responsibilities include: Advising Senior Management of FSA related and other regulatory issues. Administer the company''s risk based compliance monitoring schemes. Ensure all members are aware of FSA requirements on selling practices. Review complaints against the firm and dealing with them in accordance with FSA complaints handling rules. Constant monitoring of the company''s financial promotions, recruitment, training and competence of employees. Salary - 25k negotiable 22 Holidays plus statutory days 37.5 hours Mon-Fri.
