Dynamic Telecommunications Company based in Waterloo is looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join their friendly team! Duties will include: ? Looking after your own section of the ledger of Blue Chip/Corporate clients which is alphabetically split along with 2 other Credit Controllers ? Being responsible for those accounts and making sure that they are up to date ? bonuses will be paid on cash receipts! ? Chasing for payment via phone, email and fax ? Dealing with any queries that should arise and resolving these in a timely manner ? Providing high level customer service at all times The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a Credit Controller position and will present the following attributes: ? Hardworking ? Able to use their own initiative ? Excellent telephone skills ? Ability to work well on their own as well as being a team player ? Strong numeracy & communication skills ? Proactive problem solver This role includes an excellent salary of upto ?27,000 pa plus commission Excellent benefits which include: 22 days holiday Contributory pension scheme Discounted private health Permanent health and life assurance All candidates must be living in the UK at the time of application and be able to work without restriction.
