The property is located in Hillcrest Drive and is a three bedroom detached house; the room available is a single and comes furnished with bed, drawers, and wardrobe. The house is well presented and clean throughout with C/Heating. The property is lovely, within easy reach of both Bath & Bristol as well as plenty of local amenities. The centre of Bath is a mere 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk. The house is shared with 1 male and 1 female, both professional, who are on our early twenties. We are both friendly and social, always up for a chat and a laugh, and like a good time.
