Hi, we are two young professionals living in a charming 3 bed house in Southview Road, off Lower Bristol Road,Oldfield Park. The contract has ended and we need a 3rd person as our friend is moving out. It will be a 6 months contract. The bedroom is an unfurnished single room but the rest of the house is furnished.The rent is ?210 and it will be available from the 2nd/3rd week of March (around the 20th).
