Lovely room(s) to rent in new, modern house (£80 pw)

There are four bedrooms available in a lovely newly renovated house in Oldfield Park. Although we are letting each of the rooms separately, there are four rooms available, so it is up to you if you want to move in individually or as a group. The room I am advertising is a good size with a double bed with storage space underneath, good size wardrobe and shelving. Each of the bedrooms has a flat screen tv/freeview/dvd mounted on the wall. Each tenant also has free use of the landlords gym included in the monthly rent (?350). The garden is decked with parking to the rear, and the use of the driveway as the house is on the end of the terrace block. Ideally we are looking to let the house out to females only, and non smokers. The room will be available within the next two weeks, this can be negotiated if you like the room.
