Holiday cottage to let in the Auvergne (Massif Central) region of France. This is a truly beautiful mountainous region, as yet largely undiscovered by British holidaymakers, so the ideal location if you want to experience authentic France. It is inland, but there are lakes with beaches for swimming/watersports/sunbathing. The cottage sleeps 6 in three bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 with bunk beds - linen is not provided, but duvets & pillows are), there is also a shower room/WC, a large open plan living room and kitchen and an enclosed south facing garden with furniture & barbecue. Broadband internet is also available. Prices are from ?200 to ?450 per week (to rent the whole property - not per person). Please e-mail me for more details and additional photos. Nearest airports are Bergerac (flights from Exeter)/Limoges/Rodez - all around 2 hours from the cottage. If you prefer to travel by car & ferry/Eurotunnel it takes around 9 hours to drive to the cottage from Calais/Caen/Cherbourg and around 10 hours from Roscoff/St Malo.
