Come & join us for some inspirational yoga, expressive musical evenings, energy boosting juices & superfoods in an idyllic somerset setting. Charlotte & Dominic have created the perfect break combining yoga with nourishing, wholesome & healthy vegetarian foods to help stimulate your digestive fire aiding detoxification, resulting in optimum energy levels. All foods & juices provided are organic & locally produced where possible, giving your body maximum nutrition. Hurstone House is an ideal dwelling with it's antiques & pleasant interiors, space & views across the somerset hills & fields. If you fancy practicing yoga on the lawn or snuggling up by the log fire or taking a stroll along the nearby river or through the endless fields or just relaxing with a book, then this is the ideal holiday for you. Charlotte or Dominic are on hand for Thai Yoga Massage or Private Yoga Tuition. These are extra & cost from ?35 per hour to ?55 for 2 hours. Monday: 4pm arrive 4.30pm herbal tea, homemade ginger cookies & introduction 6pm yoga 7.30pm supper Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8.30am meditation 9am yoga 10.30am energy boosting juices & brunch 11.30am - 3pm massages, exploring the beautiful surroundings, relaxing... 3.30pm yoga 5pm wholesome supper 7.30pm musical exploration with herbal tea & homemade ginger cookies Friday: 8.30am meditation 9am yoga 10.30am depart All classes are optional.
