A well established Financial Arm to a leading estate agency chain spanning across Greater London is seeking to recruit Mortgage Consultants to contribute to the success of this rapidly expanding organisation. Applicants will need to be energetic, dedicated and self motivated. Our client?s professionalism ensures they attract and retain the best and most motivated of staff. They actively encourage development and promotion from within the Company and a large number of their managers and local partners have worked their way up ?through the ranks?. This can be achieved within your own time-scales and with plenty of training, development and support along the way. Essential Requirements: ? Full UK Driving Licence ? The right Aptitude and determination to succeed A minimum of CeMAP 1 is required Remuneration: Basic ?18,000 & up, depending on experience. Realistic OTE ?45,000 plus company car and quarterly Bonus Scheme. Commission tiered at 10%, 20%, 30%. Advance commission during probation period. Quarterly bonuses based on targets achieved.
