CAD Technician & CAD Designer ? Waste Management / Water This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding CAD team for an industry leader in engineering and environmental consulting. The successful applicant will join the Waste Management team as a CAD Technician / Designer, getting involved in various waste infrastructure projects at all stages and throughout the UK. As this client continues to thrive setting itself as an industry leader this expanding business offers substantial potential for career development and growth. Applicants will be expected to hold an HNC in Civil Engineering or Computer Aided Design or be qualified through long term demonstrable experience. In addition CAD Technicians and CAD Designers will have a significant level of experience working on Civil Engineering Projects and be able to demonstrate their skills and knowledge in the following areas: ? The ability to deliver CAD Drawings to Time and Budget Constraints ? Previous knowledge of design of civil engineering projects, ? Previous knowledge in waste infrastructure ? An ability to take sketches from Design Engineers and turn them into working CAD Drawings ? Experience of LSS digital terrain modelling software is advantageous but not essential. ? Ability to control and record CAD drawings on a CAD data management system.
