Billing Analyst/Team Lead A major blue chip Billing/Telecoms Consultancy requires a Senior Billing Analyst/Team leader you will be responsible for the analysis of key programmes as necessary to ensure integration of the new billing system with other systems. Carry out a reviews of the billing setups and plan a complete overhauls. Be responsible for detailed gross margin reporting and analysis for senior management on various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability/experience of identifying pragmatic business solutions. Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills. You must have the ability to motivate and change people's attitudes coupled with requirements gathering and management experience. You will need Telco Billing systems experience - Knowledge of multiple billing systems is an advantage. Team leading skills highly desirable .
