We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Architectural Technician or Architect to assist a small property developer through a particularly busy period. You will be assisting their design manager with a fairly complex development of a historic building into 16 high-end residential units. The conceptual design has just passed planning so the work mostly involves working on the detail design and construction drawings. You must be fully AutoCad literate and ideally have a good grasp of UK building regulations. This contract offers a good degree of flexibility and you can work from home if this is your preference. You must be able to attend site meetings and briefings with the rest of the design team on a regular basis. Ideally we would like someone who can commit immediately for at least a few days a week. An excellent hourly rate is on offer and long-term, regular work would be available for the right person.
