Administrator (part-time) Local contract cleaning firm requires an enthusiastic, driven person to work at our rural offices near Batheaston. The ideal candidate must have his or her own transport and proven organisational and communication skills. We are looking for someone who will be committed to learning all aspects of our business and will use their talent to achieve fast results in our rapidly expanding business. Promotion opportunities exist for the right candidate. Hours: Mon-Fri flexible (5 hrs per day) Rate : Initially ?7-?8 per hour, depending on skills and experience Duties To assist the Directors in all aspects of maintaining client accounts, actively pursue new business from existing clients and seek out new clients Maintain accurate customer files, implement new processes if necessary Re-organize and edit customer files as necessary Ensure all incoming requests for work are clear and detailed before passing on for quotation Ensure quotes reach client and action agreed quotes (to scheduling) Co-operate with Supervisor to evaluate and successfully resolve any service issues Answer incoming telephone calls, type emails, letters and quotes Organize company vehicles MOT, tax, insurance, repairs and servicing Skills Exellent IT skills in order to create / reorganize data base.
