A vacancy has been created for an Estimator with experience in new build and refurbishment Contracts to join a busy Team at Aquaplan Limited, commercial/industrial flat roofing and cladding Contractors, based in Cardiff Bay. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and committed, highly self-motivated with excellent communication skills and relevant commercial contractual experience to ensure a high quality service is maintained for the Company?s broad Client base, nationwide. The successful applicant will be experienced in preparing the pricing elements of Tenders and Quotations up to ?750,000.00 values. Commercially sharp mind with good analytical skills. Proven written and verbal negotiation and communication skills. Conversant with current Health & Safety regulations to ensure Risk Assessments are addressed within Tender submissions. Applicant to have sound I.T. skills, ability to operate Microsoft Windows xp, Microsoft Excel and Word. Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 0800hrs ? 17.30hrs, but a good degree of flexibility to progress work to completion Rates of Pay: Negotiable: ?18,000 - ?22,000. dependant on skills and experience.
