ALL BILLS INCLUDED GAS, ELECTRIC, WATER, TV LICENCE- EVERYTHING! the room is on the groundfloor at the back of the house, it has a double bed, wadrobe, bedside cabinet and desk with laminate floors, large patio doors leading to a decked out area at the back of the house. also there is a seperate shower room and toilet shared with one other person on the ground floor along with the shared living are and large kitchen which consists of a new kitchen with two ovens and hobs, two large new fridge freezers, breakfast bar, washing machine, plenty of cupboard space. get in touch for a viewing- it's the best student house i have ever lived in, the housemates are realy nice and easy to get on with.
