Due to continued success, our client is looking to recruit a Sales Co-Ordinator to join their sales department in Ebbw Vale. Duties include: To assist in the sale and support of products to OEM and aftermarket customers throughout Europe. - Internal support and maintenance of customer accounts. - Support to Sales Account Managers in the development of new and existing business ? to include timely provision of samples, costings, quotations. - Generation of sales enquiries and follow up of related projects - Undertaking customer service activities, responding to technical, pricing and delivery enquiries and resolving customer complaints - Participation in sales promotional activities - Generation of and reporting on market intelligence and research - Organisation of and participation in trade exhibitions - Support of Sales Account Managers in organising travel itineraries, transport arrangements and accommodation as necessary - Entry of all customer orders and forecasts on to MRP system - Liaison with materials and production departments to define order availability - Booking in of finished goods - Making all shipping arrangements (including negotiating transport costs) and ensuring shippers collect as per agreed dates and times - Booking out and shipping of finished goods including consignment stocks - Producing all necessary shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments - Producing a daily production schedule, records of consignment stocks and shipping value graph (if required) - Monthly and quarterly Intrastat statistics - Training of other sales team members in areas of particular expertise - Occasional customer visits - Participation in the new product introduction process - Any other sales related activities as necessary The ability to speak French, German or Italian would be an advantage but is not essential.
