Telesales Advisor required for a South-Wales based specialist Identity Theft prevention company. Immediate starts are available. JOB PURPOSE: To generate sales using proactive approach using telemarketing to ensure that specified targets and results are met in terms of quantity and quality. Telesales Advisors are also required to maintain and update information on our in-house company database accurately and consistently. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning and managing direct marketing campaigns Making outbound telephone calls to target audiences including cold calling, list cleansing and literature, direct mail & email follow ups Perform online demonstrations of product using advanced internet technology Ensure targets are met and recorded Maintain database, ensure data quality using our in-house company database daily Handling of inbound enquiries from new and existing clients Building relationships with new & existing clients To undertake training for clients (where applicable) To keep up to date with any relevant ongoing training provided QUALITIES NEEDED: Excellent personal presentation skills Good telephone manner/customer service ability Sales/Telemarketing experience preferred but not essential IT literate with good knowledge of Excel and Word Good research and analytical skills Confident and outgoing with a passion for sales and marketing Good team player with smart appearance CAREER OPPORTUNITIES: The position has a great deal of scope for development.
