This 4 * World Class Winning Resort are looking for a *Restaurant / Bar* Manager in their *Club House* The successful candidate must be an effective Restaurant Manager with 3,4 or 5 years background, who can oversee the day to day operation of a 70 seater rosette standard restaurant and an 80 seater function room and bar ensuring these outlets are operating in accordance with agreed brand standards. You must be able to maximise sales opportunities, plan promotional events and ensure the highest possible standard of service is achieved. You must have strong staff motivational skills and be able to recruit and retain staff effectively.
