One of the most established recruitment nursing agencies in the UK are currently looking for a Co-ordinator/ Consultant for their busy Portsmouth branch to work the evening and weekend shift. All Shifts are on a Rota system. Co-ordinator/ Consultant Main Function - To individually liaise and develop business and commercial relationships (hours and commission) with clients and temps as well as using the BNA team to fulfil all requests for temporary/ permanent staff from clients/ members. Assist in the delivery of the Budget in terms of hours and commission and turnover. Responsible For: 1. Business Development 2. Temp Recruitment 3. Client/Member Relationship and Management ? Achieve pre-set objectives/ targets 4. Permanent Placements ? Achieve pre-set objectives/targets Correct Candidate ? Exposure to Recruitment would be ideal but not essential ? Excellent sales background required ? Target driven ? Willingness to learn ? Good face to face and telephone sales skills ? Positive Attitude
